These terms apply to text messages you receive from Locks Around the Clock, Inc. after you opt in on our website form.
What you are opting into
When you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Locks Around the Clock about your service request, such as confirming your appointment, sharing a quote or arrival update, and following up on the job. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request and the status of your job. You will generally only receive messages related to a service inquiry you started.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Locks Around the Clock does not charge you for the messages themselves.
How to opt out or get help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (760) 625-0955.
Your privacy

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.
