Our commitment

Locks Around the Clock, Inc. is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are the recognized standard for accessible web content.

What we do

We build the site with accessibility in mind: semantic HTML structure, descriptive alternative text on images, sufficient color contrast, visible keyboard focus, labels on form fields, and a layout that works with screen readers and adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops. The site can be operated with a keyboard alone, and text can be resized without breaking the layout.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time task. We review the site as we add pages and features, and we work to fix barriers as we find them or as they are reported to us. Some third-party content (such as an embedded map) is outside our direct control, and we do our best to offer an accessible alternative, like calling us directly.
